Weekend Dinner Chronicle #2 Grilled Pork Chops, Tinapang Bangus & Chili Sardines with Misua

Grilled Pork Chops, Tinapang Bangus & Chili Sardines with Misua

"What's for dinner?"

Pork chops were marinated for an hour before it hit the grill.
Marinade with calamansi, garlic, salt and pepper, a teaspoon of soy sauce.
Avoid putting too much soy sauce, chops tend to get grilled easily. leaving it uncooked inside.

The tinapang bangus came all the way from Cavite, fish meat was still in color white, an indication that it was still fresh and from a new batch.

The vinegar dip contains: cane vinegar, siling labuyo, garlic, onion and pepper.
Okey misua is getting over exposed, remember patola with misua
This time it's made up of, from a can of chili sardines, lots of tomatoes, garlic & onion & misua. Saute and simmer. Sarap!

For healthier options, chili sardine with misua can be added with siling labuyo leaves and/or patola.
