Pancit Bihon
A Filipino gatherings or celebration isn't complete without the famous pancit, puto, lumpia or pork barbeque. In fact an average household can host a simple birthday celebration just with a pancit dish. Pancit variations could be Pancit Malabon, Pancit Palabok Bihon-Guisado, Pancit Canton, Miko-Bihon, Pancit Luglog, Pancit Habhab, Pancit Bachoy, Pancit Lucban, Pancit Molo, Sotanghon, Mani, Miki and lot more regional versions. 
Puto with cheeze strips
Puto is best partnered with pancit or dinuguan, elders known to pass around the secret of puto-making. Same with the suman-making. 
Lumpiang shanghai is another famous finger-foods in parties. I usually make this one on birthdays and or Christmas Holidays. 
These Pork BBQ is my kid's favorite, she call it atiyo, her self-invented term for BBQ. These dishes are just a few of the famous Pinoy dishes around.
